The location was convenient, near main attractions. The room featured pristine bed linen, which I appreciated. The beverage tray was well stocked with good quality items. I also found the heating in the room to be very effective (a big plus in cooler weather).
The shower room was a bit compact, I felt a little restricted for space.

the hotel is very clean. i found nice crisp white bedding. the staff is very friendly and helpful here. the breakfast included two eggs, bacon, and sausages for only £10.
the pillows are too soft for my liking.

The staff were friendly upon arrival. This hotel has a great location directly in the city center, it was easy to walk to various attractions. The bed was comfortable. I appreciated that the room had all necessary facilities.
The shower room was very small though, with limited space to move around in.

The room was very clean. I must give them that.
The lack of main lights in the room made reading difficult, it was quite dark. Only bedside lamps provided enough light.

The location was really handy for getting around. i found the staff very helpful and friendly, it. breakfast was nicely cooked. I especially liked the variety offered.
the shower room was a bit small. it felt a bit cramped with not much room to move around.
